Most of our items are made to order. All orders will ship out within 12 business days. For the holiday season, due to the high volume of orders we receive, please expect an additional delay.

Standard Domestic Shipping: Approximately 3-5 business days
Standard International Shipping: Approximately 2-6 weeks

2. What is your return/cancellation policy? 

RETURNS:

All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date to the address below. We offer exchanges or store credit only. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We are not responsible if we do not receive your return/exchange. We recommend keeping a copy of the receipt with your tracking number for proof of return.

When returning, please include a note with your order number and state whether you'd like to exchange or return for store credit to this address:

Return Requirements:

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise

Special/custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit

*If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

5. How much is international shipping?

We charge $19 USD without tracking updates, $55 USD with tracking updates. 

7. I don't see items on your site that I saw on Instagram/Facebook. Where are they?!

8. What materials are your leggings made of?

Most of our products are made up of 84% Poly, 16% Elastane. We use the highest quality of fabric that is thick, durable, and doesn't go sheer when stretched. All our items are handmade with love in our downtown Los Angeles headquarters.

9. Why do my leggings look different from the website?

All of our items are made to order. As a result, no two items will be 100% the same. If you feel your item looks completely different from the website, please email us info@poprageous.com for assistance.
